My journey began in South Africa, where I worked for an IT company during the early days of computers. It was an exciting time when computers were still new and not yet a staple in every household. Building computers gave me a deep understanding of business technology and processes, setting a solid foundation for my future endeavors.

Fast forward to London, where my career took me through various industries, ranging from Engineering to Financial Services. While these roles may have seemed disparate, they all shared a common thread: my dedication to analyzing and enhancing businesses' administrative processes.

However, as life unfolded, the demands of the corporate world and family priorities collided, signaling the need for change. That's when I decided to dive into entrepreneurship and establish my own Virtual Assistant business. Working closely with my clients on their administrative tasks, I swiftly realized there were far better and more efficient ways to accomplish them. This sparked my obsession with finding methods to save time and cut costs. In fact, I managed to reduce a particular task's duration for one client from nearly 2 hours to a mere 15 minutes – an incredible feat!

As word spread about my knack for optimization and my passion for leveraging technology to transform businesses, the demand for my services grew. This organic progression naturally shifted my solopreneur business into the small business process consultancy it is today.
